Flexible & Powerful Backoffice Reports

The Report Module is most commonly used to issue reports from a manager’s workstation. Restaurant Manager offers a user friendly interface for accessing reports that includes sophisticated filtering options as well as an intuitive tree view structure of the available reports.

In addition to the standard “canned” reports, you can now custom order reports from ASI or develop your own reports using Crystal Report Writer and the provided data dictionaries. The reports module can be accessed and controlled from both manager and touchscreen POS stations. In the latter case, the user interface is optimized for use with touchscreens. Additionally, a number of reports can be printed on 40 column receipt printers.

Front of the House Reports

When you’re watching the floor and need to quickly tabulate the numbers for the day, you can view several reports to quickly summarize each the restaurant’s sales activity.

Back of the House Reports

Whether you’re in your office or offsite, you can access multiple reports to track everything from the number of appetizers sold to the number of hours left for each server before they fall in to overtime. With training from our authorized resellers, you can use Restaurant Manager’s reports to effectively run your entire operation.
